Meet PR on bench is 253 lbs Al, set Nov 12th 2012 in Vegas. At my first meet, July 2012, I did 242. So, there was some progress there. Methinks right now I would likely be able to get 265 paused at a meet.
I am not sure if squatting prior affects my bench at meets. I do know I usually have a difficult time staying tight at meets, where I don't at the gym when I bench fresh.
Maybe I should start doing bench after squats?
