My first training session of the summer!

I was feeling really rubbish about myself today and it took a really great person to help me suck it up and get to the gym.

Squats
2x8 bar
2x8 37.5kg
4x 40kg
4x 45kg
3 x 8 50kg
8 x 52.5kg

Paused squats (did these instead of good mornings because I did good mornings on Saturday)
6 x 35
6 x 37.5
6 x 40

Calf extension
3 x 20 85kg

Side bends
2 x 20 (each side) 10kg

Leg raises in the dip station
3 x 20

Random sit ups

Foam rolling and stretching.
