Sunday

I had intended to do deadlifts today, but hadn't recovered from squats on Friday. I had intended to train through it, but my hamstring cramped up on the warm up sets, so that was that.

Did some pushing instead. I've been eating non-stop since Friday, and it seemed to have a positive effect on my strength.

Bench Press

Felt good on these today. No on around for a spot, so I had to be a bit careful.

Paused bench press

Good two second plus pause on each rep

Overhead Press

Increase in strength on these finally. I'm a way off where I was earlier in the year (73 X 13), but this was a step in the right direction.

Standing DB press

34 (75s) X 6
