Discovered yesterday that my weight is way down. I'm 205 lb (92kg), which is lighter than I have been for ten years or more. Now, I was dieting a bit in the summer, but that stopped ages ago. So this is unexpected...except that I can see by how my clothes fit that I've lost a lot of size. It is probably stress from work, and not eating much, and not training very frequently. No wonder my strength is down

Anyway, Mrs T has just bought me some baked alaska, so that should push me into calorific excess.
