Squat - 185, 225, 270, 270x5 - It was refreshing to have a lighter squat.
Deadlift - 265, 320, 370, 425x5 - Haven't done more than triples or singles in a while since prepping for the meet, but felt good. I didn't have too much left in the tank after the pulls.
Seated OHP - 95, 110, 125, 145x5 - My OHP has always been weak but I was happy with this set.
The pre workout isn't giving me a kick in the ass like the illegal DMAA stuff did but it's doing a good job on keeping me going. 370 felt heavy on my pulls (doing conventional) and I was worried I couldn't do 425 but it really helped me chug along.
