Today I thought I'd like to do a circuit. I was quite wrong about this but I did it anyway.
1 min skipping rope
20 kettlebell squats @ 16kg
20 kettlebell swings @ 12kg
Repeated four times with a break in between to collapse on the floor.
Lots of squat stretch today.
