Benchpress

2x 8 bar
2x 8 25kg
1x 8 30kg
3x 8 35kg

Close grip
4x 10 25kg

Kaz press (this is new and maybe a wee bit confusing)
Meant to be 4x 8 but that didn't quite happen

Tricep ext
4x10 8kg

Then I decided it might be fun to do some work on the rowing machine so;

250m sprint
250m steady
200m sprint
200m steady
150m sprint
150m steady
200m sprint

Lots of stretching.
