Tuesday 26th November.
I'm choosing to do some cardio on my "rest" days because I am in desperate need of being able to increase my cardio fitness.
20ish minutes on the dreadmill. Inclines and stuff.
Goblet squats and dumbbell lunges.
Lots of stretching because I hurt.
