Heavy Bench with Afraziaaaa.
Despite my injury it was a great workout and great to workout with someone of equal strength so we could swap sets

Flat Bench

Right about here my left bicep tendon started to hurt

Added Sling Shot

455 x 3 - normally would go up but arm in real bad pain

CGBP to a 2 Board - pause then explode up

365 x 3 - Had to stop here, Afraziaaaa got tissues for me as I began to cry uncontrollably

Looking forward to lifting with Afraziaaaa again on Sunday at Skibas gym. Hopefully they can correct my squat hand placement issues and put an end to this bench press destroying injury.
