Upper Body Accessory Work:
Left arm bicep and right shoulder still in bad shape from squat problem, but felt better than last night which is why I had bagged it yesterday.

High Incline DB Press:
80 x 20
100 x 17
110 x 15

Wide Grip Pulldows:
3 x 12 - working up to lowest pin on rack (whatever that is)

Seated Rows
3 x 12 - also working up to lowest pin

Side Lateral Raises (Single Arm BTB style)
25 x 15
35 x 15
45 x 12

Face Pulls
12 x 12pin
12 x 14pin
12 x 16pin

Would have done bicep and tricep at this point but arm was killing me, so instead contemplated early retirement
