Honestly, if you have diet questions I'd post a thread on here. There are lots of opinions regarding diets. Also, I'm not the best at getting on here every day.
But, to answer your question, I try to hit 165+g of protein per day and somewhere between 30-40g of fiber per day. Somedays I'll exceed those numbers and some days I'll be under though.
