NOTES

Had to make some changes to help my joints and yet still get stronger. 5/3/1 served me well in the past so I am going to give it another go.

Purus Labs

Condense and D-Pol - this stack is serving me well. I have not noticed any caffeine jitters, however, I am not taking chances by training too late in the day. Taste is good, and consistent so I am not going to take time rating the taste every time.

Focus - 10/10
Strength - 9/10
Pump - 9/10

I have been noticing veins on my arms popping out after I am done training. Not immediately either, usually about an hour post.
