11/18/13- Yesterday. Work schedule at my new job is getting a little hectic, so I'm a day behind. Was chest day. I have had something akin to mild food poisoning for the last couple of days and just haven't felt very smurfy. That, combined with some schedule limitations left me just doing the basics yesterday. My body is also starting to give me some signs that it is time to go ahead and take that deload week or two I debated on taking a couple of months back. (joints hurting, trouble concentrating on my workout, lack of motivation for certain workouts, etc).
