Have no internet or mobile reception at the new house and this won't change until next week. I didn't train over the weekend as my lower back was so tired and sore from the move. I have given myself a bit of time to recover and will be back in the gym tomorrow night for squats. Plan is then to pull relatively heavy on Thursday and bench with the crew on Saturday.
I will update from work as and when I can and will do a proper update on the home gym project starting point with video next week.
Just under 3 weeks out from the push/pull and looking forward to concentrating on training a little more now that we have finally moved.
