Thanks for the quick response. I always find it easier to get in a strong bottom position after the first rep..why is this? Also this might be a silly question but is lower back/erector doms/ soreness normal from deadlifting?..been hearing that if you have any soreness in your lower back from deadlifts your form is off. After my sets my glutes and usually a hamstrings are on fire but lately my lower back and I guess pretty much my whole back from traps down have been stiff and sore the day after. Should I be concerned or is the lower back just an umcomfortable spot to feel doms?
