11/17/13- leg day- I haven't felt very good today. Feels like I might have a stomach virus coming on. it showed in my workout. I was drained again and unable, for the second week in a row, to complete all of my squat sets. I didn't even have enough left to hit the hip sled. It was all I could do to unload the bar after I had finished. I hope this doesn't carry over to tomorrow's workout.
