Not if you are doing a strict keto diet. If you are doing keto with refeeds (reloading glycogen stores with carbs once a week or so) the yes you can on your off day. I don't think it would mess you up if you had an apple or something but the whole point of the keto diet is to give your body nothing to burn but fat.
