Friday 11/15/13:

Horrible night for me. Tremendous pain in my biceps and shoulders, especially left arm, as I try to re-learn to squat with a regular bar.

Squat Bar Squats:

290 x 8 - arm starting to hurt at this point
330 x 6

put on wraps
510 x 5 - would have liked to go up but arm hurt so bad I was unmotivated

Pause reps 3 second count

420 x 3 - had to stop here due to arms. Pause reps was a stupid idea cause it just increased my TUT on my bad arms.
