Well, I woke up at 8:00 and decided to make pancakes (since I didn't have the right bread for French toast). It was supposed to be for me and my two brothers, but they didn't get up on time...so I made a stack of oatmeal pancakes (BEST, but filling) and ate the whole thing.
I don't doubt I just ate 300g+ of carbs, haha. But I feel FANTASTIC!!
Next stop: granola!
