Various assistance work including some 38kg dumbell rows with straps on. I love dumbell rows.
Yesterday I took part in the men's health survival of the fittest in Manchester which was a 10km run with obstacles, mud and water. I'd never ran a 10k before but gave it a go anyway. My time of 1 hour 40 minutes isn't much but I said when I agreed to this 2 weeks ago that I didn't care about how long it took and I still stand by that. I'm very pleased I completed the course.
