Was worried about my shoulder tonight. It gets worse when I sleep because I end up sleeping in bad positions in the night without realizing it. Anyway was a little tender but felt better after my first few sets and actually feels better after my workout. Now I've got 2 days to rest it. Declines and rows not too bad...hoping for 325 and 275 this cycle before back cycling again.
