Saturday

500 deadlift, 400 squat, 300 frontie in same workout. Not bad for an old fart.

Deadlifts

I can't get in the gym often enough to settle on a solid deadlift program, so I'm in No Man's Land with the lift. Decided to go for some doubles @ 90% of my estimated max.
