Thanks Ancrel, BtB

Saturday

500 deadlift, 400 squat, 300 frontie in same workout. Not bad for an old fart.

Deadlifts

I can't get in the gym often enough to settle on a solid deadlift program, so I'm in No Man's Land with the lift. Decided to go for some doubles @ 90% of my estimated max.

130 (286) X 3
180 (398) X 2
210 (464) X 2
230 (508) X 2
230 (508) X 2
230 (508) X 2
230 (508) X 2
230 (508) X 2
230 (508) X 2

Squats

Intended to go for more reps with a lower weight, but I think any sort of reps would have killed me after deads.

100 (221) X 3
140 (308) X 3
belt on
182.5 (403) X 2
182.5 (403) X 2
182.5 (403) X 2

Front squats

I had intended to do shrugs or deadlifts from the knee, but that doesn't feel like where my weakness lies.

100 (221) X 5
belt on
120 (265) X 3
140 (308) X 1
