salads with lots of olive oil and a good protein source, ie eggs and ham, oily fish, cheers etc etc

pistachio nuts in the evenings

scrambled eggs with bacon and mushrooms in the mornings

however i do through in a few doughnuts, crisps (chips), chocolate bars, noodles and roast dinners as well lol
