Scrambled Eggs, Banana, Waffle and Oat Meal
Peanut butter and Banana sandwich
Sandwich, chips, cookies (something quick during work)
Mixed Nuts + Granola bar
Usually a steak with potatoes and gravy, bread with butter, and cooked carrots or zucchini. Slice of pie or cake for desert
Late Night Snack
English muffin with either; butter, jam, honey or cream cheese and ect...
Drink alot of milk, juice, Mt. Dew and Gatorade... (Need to drink more water)
