BREAKFAST

8 Egg whites,2 whole eggs, one tin of beans, fruit

LUNCH

2 cups of brown rice

2 cups of vegetables

3 pieces of white fish

DINNER

12OZ Sweet potato

2 pieces of white fish

SNACK

3tbs peanut butter

2 pieces of whole wheat bread

fruit and nuts


Add more as I get bigger.

Put on 27 pounds in the last 4 months with this diet, so I just stuck with it.
