What are your some current regular meals?
I REALLY FAILED AT ENGLISH IN THE TITLE HAHA
6 Whole eggs
500g of hashbrowns
1 cup oats w/cinnamon and splenda brown sugar
2 scoops whey
16 oz milk
2 PB and J sandwhiches
(natty pb, no extra sugar jam)
300g jasmine rice
250g green beans
w/ soy sauce and franks
2 bison burgers on sprouted grain bread
condiments organic ketchup and mustard
You cannot be physically strong if you are mentally weak.
