I had tweaked my shoulder last night whilst doing the overhead extensions. My arm went back into a bad position and aggravated a tendon. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to work them tonight but like the intelligent lifter I am did 20 sets of shoulders anyway. Felt a little ify on the first couple sets of laterals but was fine after that.
