I've taken a few, but have ended up keeping things relatively simple & effective in my entire supplementation regime. OTC Asthma tabs (ephedrine), caffeine, aspirin, CGT-10 and B-vitamins equate to an early 90s (ala agent orange) pre-workout without a bunch of garbage flavorings, sweeteners, and fillers. I also pop some trib & yohimbe when I have them.
