going to New Orleans on Wed for my brother's wedding...hopefully, it will be R&R.
Going to try a 4-day schedule and rotate heavy/light when I get back.
BTB posted comments by BROOKS KUBIK on older lifters. I took most of it to heart and will try to follow some of his advice. Also ordered "Gray Hair Black Iron"
