Pick a routine that you think is fun. Thats the key. You wont get results if you skip workouts from doing a program you hate.
Also, to achieve that the routone does not really matter at this point, as long as you work hard. Your main priority should be diet.
Also I agree with above, do alot of cardio, preferable 1-2h of walking first thing in the morning together with a good fat burner.
