Hello Everyone, i am pretty new to this forum and tomorrow i will be starting a weight training and was wondering which will suit me the the best. i cant do excercises that will require me to pull my weight cause i am heavy at 339lbs and 6.8 tall. Here is a pic of my current body :
And My Goal weight is 285lbs and maintain it or as low as 265lbs i would want to go down.
Here is the pic of body i want to achieve but with big traps annd shoulders like BTB
I Will be changing my diet completely as well tomorrow got myself a myfitnesspal account to keep track of what i eat.
Here are the Workout routine i would like to follow one of these:

I personally prefer to start the 1: Cause it has less excercises but i am no expert. What you guys suggest i do? Any critique and comments welcome. Thanks
