Bench session done. Energy was high, focus was precise. I had a good mix of rage and just flat out happiness. I can't describe what it's like for me to train. It's beyond passion. After all these years the challenge is just something that can be very emotional, in a good way.

Been a few weeks since I benched. Wrist injury is healed, for the most part, but my strength is down. Not worried. One rep at a time, I'll get it back.
