Squats - 315 for 3 sets of 3 - much easier than last week, very happy with that.
Straight Leg DL - 185 for 3 sets of 5
Rear Delt DB - 20 for 3 sets of 12 - starting to really feel posture improving, shoulders feeling better and really starting to get stronger with this exercise.. wow traps too
