finally was able to get back into the gym
decided to put on some single ply briefs
worked up to 345 raw
525*1> cut it high, not very stable
525*1> deep, added a reverse band here just to take it deep
abs and done
Super duper weak at the moment. I know what I need to do to get things moving but getting time to do them is a hard thing. Working two jobs just to get by with a sick child at the house pulls you away from the gym. I will get back to where I was and then some but family comes first over the gym.
