Thanks KD. Nothing super noticeable yet in strength, but there is more definition in the vastus medialus after just 3 weeks, so it seems to be working. Nothing major, but its starting to pop a little more when I flex.

Concentration Curl
25 x 10 - so much burn in the peak of my biceps. I may actually get some growth out of this. 19+ inches here I come.
