Going to focus all the warm ups from 4 moves down to 3 moves.
DLs were good. Heavy but not hard. RDLs were good too.
Switching from high pulls to heavy carrying. Still targeting the traps. but havy walk and carry is more functional for me.
Shrugs were to loosen up, but will probably keep and progress them.
