Bench day: Had a crazy long day at work, the stress levels are getting to me. Between the gym and my wife, pretty much the only thing that keeps me from flipping out on a daily bases haha.
close grip raw bench: I miss my shirt!
1x3@405 got handcuffed on last rep
1x3@405 moved grip out a finger and made a world of difference
1x2@425 forgot where I put my grip on the set before and handcuffed myself again haha.
3x10@flat bench dumbbell press
3x15 band tri pushdowns
1x5@ grenade ball chain skull crushers (on an incline bench)
I only did 1 set of the grenade balls because my tris were fried, and Paul was struggling with them as well. He is a lot stronger than me so I dont feel too bad about only doing a set haha.
On a side note, first time my tris have been sore in awhile. Might jump into a shirt next week after raw work and hit the 3 board again.
