Great workout. MP was heavy but strong. BTN was easy.
I want to add more lunges as well as intrasetting pull ups.
Split Jerks with 40's were a little faster plus an extra rep per set and we did all sets back to back with almost no rest.
Core endurance is improving and left hip/glute is almost completely recovered.
