A quick glimpse into one of the contributors that led to me being near-on 400lbs. My wife's cooking! She is a stay at home mom (and homeschools our oldest child) so she cooks a big ole country dinner almost every day. Today was Salmon patties, mixed veggies, homemade mashed taters, cat head biscuits, and salmon gravy. Yummmmmmm. I sure hope this settles before the end of the Panthers game so I won't be suffering too bad in the gym. Had to post a link because I can't post a pic for some reason.
