CREW BENCH DAY
Felt very tired all day today. Even my pre-wo didn't wake me up. Normally i am awake and alert after I shower or wash my hair, but not today. I did manage to still have a decent bench session, despite losing tightness on the 325 single. However, it is encouraging to know that I have enough power to muscle it up anyway. Just a few months ago I would have been stapled for sure if I lost tightness.
Not sure why I am so beat up - maybe a deadlift or 2 on Wednesday is the culprit lol.
I have decided to do OHP as an accessory lift on crew bench day as opposed to a dedicated session on Tuesday. I feel it would be more beneficial to do some lighter paused benching with an accessory lift or 2 on Tuesday's JimGym session. On some weeks, I may even take Tuesday off if I am too Zombie-ish from Squats on Sunday.
