Wednesday

Not so strong tonight. I've decided that I might have a shot at deadlifting 600 (272.5), so I want to focus on that for a while. I'm not sure I like the way I'm approaching this, but training time at the moment is unpredictable, so a structured program is tricky.

Deadlifts

Not where I want to be, but two positives are (a) Doubles on 240 are getting to be routine, whereas 240 used to be my bete noir for any reps. (b) The 250 was something approaching a grinder. This is good because I can't normally grind a weight up at all. It either goes or it doesn't, I don't usually have the strength to move it slowly.
