Well, I had coffee it was black I did use a splenda packet not sure if that is allowed. however I am trying to read and I forget where it said to stay away from veggies like Red peppers, and tomatoes. Need to try and remember that when I get my salad on Wenesday. You mentioned macros I am not real sure what that is and how I would go about figuring it out.
