yeah, I think today was decent, I feel I did not have enough Protein, so in the morning I am going to scramble some eggs, with half and half for breakfast, will do a scoop of my Syntha-6 for snack, I made some wings for lunch, and will probably have another shake, and Chilli for dinner. PLEASE anyone and you also JD would love feed back and thoughts.
