Ive called out CPAP to a meet so I have got to get my arse in gear or else he will clean my clock. Im super frustrated at how weak I am but I cant expect to be back to pulling over 7 when I havent really trained since March/April
from there I did wide stance good mornings, abs and paused leg presses.
BTW Im weak but BW is coming back up. Just really need to work my core hard, I keep dismissing that I had my belly and groin sliced open, its going to take getting those muscles strong again to really get back. No belt for a bit on anything but bench.
