Well I finished up my d-pol still have some Condense left.....

d-pol is one of those feel good products. You can't really feel or see instant results, but I can't ignore my progress this last few weeks.

I've had issues outside of the gym and a few minor strains in the Gym. Lower back strain from last meet.. Haven't pulled from the floor but once or twice in the last 2 months. Just working around it. Pulled Sumo just over a week ago and didn't warm up good enough and strained my left Hamstring. Thought it was real bad. So I took a full week off from the gym before my meet. Didn't even touch a weight or attempt anything. Just foam rolled and light stretches when I remembered at home.

Add all that to my real life. With the government shutdown.. I'm not getting paid right now. So I've been trying to figure way to put food on my families table and gas in the cars. Even through I'm not getting paid right now.. I still have to show up for work. So I'm working for IOU's. But my mortgage, car loans and creditors don't take IOU's.. Neither do the utility companies.

So it hasn't been the best pre-meet prep... It wasn't till 2 days out I truley commited to the meet 100%.

Anyway.... Meet results speak a lot... I added 100lbs to my total.. with the help of d-pol, Condense and training.
