455x1 Couldn't get my feet right, either too far forward or backwards. Finally got it and then just went for the weight anyway. If I wouldn't have expended my energy getting set up, I'd have gotten 3 or so. Even so, I'd guess my max around 475, so that's my projected max I'll be using in my percentages.
