Default

The Bend-over w/ 135
Step 1: Deadlift a bar that is behind you with a snatch grip
Step 2: Lean forward until it is on your lower back
Step 3: Roll it forward while changing grips
Step 4: Right as it hits your shoulders start to stand (stopping the roll)
Step 5: BTN OHP the bar and bring it down in the clean position
Step 6: Lower the bar

The biggest I have ever heard of on this is 400 lbs by Arthur Saxon. It is fun and gets weird looks. Love it...
