ALL OUT OF CONDENSE!!!!! This is no good! honestly condense is def one of my top 3 preworkouts of all time. I will have a final review when im finished with dpol but for now i would def recommend it! Personally its not as good as the original Muscle Marinade but i dont think you guys were going for that. MM was Stronger, stim wise for sure. I got a better pump and vascularity off of Condense than i did off MM. The flavoring on MM was soooo dense that it gave some ppl stomach aches but not me. Flavoring was lighter with Condense which was really nice. All in all great pre.
Not to forget about Dpol because it is surely doing its thing. I am harder and my appetite is thru the roof! Strength is up/ Endurance is up. As you guys know i dont 1rm so id go about how easy a weight feels or how many times i can rep it out. yesterday was back and my back is sooooo sore! i Killed it.
Low Cable Row:
4 sets. I worked my way up to the full stack and did that to failure.
BB Overhand Row:
4 sets of 150 for 12
Cable Pull down:
Just did 4 sets with the wide grip over hand then super set that with the closer grip under hand. bot to failure
Hammer Machine Pulldown (underhand):
just did two burn out sets of 2 plts then last one with 3
