I'll be working a program that combines aspects of the Reeves program, and a Sandow type of trng. I'll be using a single barbell with no additional benches, but may bring my lat tower into play, as I enjoy performing dips and chins.
I had a good start on a program like this last year, but once again, a move a new job interrupted things. Some Family issues were in play as well.
An important aspect of performing an old schoold program utilizing minimal equipment is to have the upper, and lower back strength in place to handle putting weights back down from a full clean position. This is not as fast a way to train, but can still be done quite effectively. In some ways the slightly slower approach is better.
I'll start a new log in a week or so, and will continue to add here as well.
