Bench Press: 2x20x135, 225x10, 275x5, 280x4, 300x1, 320x1, 335x1
CG Bench: 280x5x5 (used a squat pad under my shirt as a 1 board)
BTN Press: 95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x4
Straight Bar Laying Ext: 2x20x100
Wrist Curl behind the back: 2x20x135

1) My gym blows
2) Didn't I just do this workout?
3) I need bigger forearms.
4) My overhead pressing is an embarassment
